Molly- maybe this will be of use to you- I started smoking when I was 13 years old and have smoked on and off for 35 years -about a pack a day. I did a Master Cleanse in January which I started while still smoking. On day 5 my sense of smell got so strong that I could not stand the smell of the smoke anymore- I quit cold turkey that day-washed everything in the house- and have not had another urge to smoke-I had in the past tried everything from drugs to hypnosis to quit and they never were sucessful for more then a few days, Its now 6 months and I truly have no desire.
