I actually do fill up the tube with the coffee solution (left a bit on the tip so it doesn't flow out) and still have the crampy feeling.

I hope it's because my bile is sensitive and open easily like Invicible said.

I'll try with pottasium tonight and see how it goes :)

oh, one other thing, if I do enema in the morning, I almost cannot hold it - 5 minutes the longest. Even after I eat a bit. The evening seems to hold better. Any thoughts on this?
