What's the best silver water maker that uses silver rods and has a timer and stirrer available? I want silver water that makes a non-yellow, clear-to-milky-white colloid that lasts when stored, a sign of a true colloid. I have a 27 Volt unit I made myself but want to know if there's an inexpensive unit that is handier. Thanks.
