There are lots of other sources out there but don't expect me to invest my time looking for all of them just to satisfy you, I didn't even address my post to you and you butted in with an argumentative attitude, not one with a wish to clarify. Apparently you have your own agenda and/or an ego problem and feel I've challenged your beliefs but this is a public forum and we all have a right to our opinions so please remember that.
While I don't feel compelled to give any explanations to you, for the sake of other forum participants I'm going to say that I am a Holistic Nutrition student at Clayton College of Natural Health (but I suppose you can find fault with that too...), so I believe I can tell the difference between a good source of information or not. I've also been taking minerals for over 20 years which means I've also been reading about them during all that time. I was also part of a Yahoo mineral oil group that had other users who were regular people just like you find here, except that they had already heard of it and/or been using it. One of my sisters was taking magnesium chloride orally because in France, where she lives and where they're more advanced in alternative medicine than here, it's recognnized as a very effective form of mg. And I wasn't even saying it's the "best" form for everyone (I still use other forms as they all have different properties) but it works and it's an option to consider, that's all.
Anyone that really knows how the human body works knows that even what we breathe in ends up in our liver, I've no idea why you want to argue that. And while I'm open-minded enough to consider other people's opinions I just accept concepts that make sense to me, regardless if the whole world rejects them. In any case, even in text books we encounter tons of other people's "opinions", they're called "theories" and in case you forgot they've always been an integral part of the study of science, so if you meant your comment as a put down I believe that you just failed.
