hey, i got a question about appricot kernels. i just got a bunch of them and i dont know whether i should ingest them with the brown "skin" or boil them for a couple of minutes and remove the skin, or prepare them otherwise? one more question: what is the dose thats most suitable (i read somewhere that one should take max 5 with each meal)
