Becca, Roooth has replied well to your post.

In reading your blog I can only say "all power to you". Perhaps that is more of a clue than we realise.

Here: my hand is full of your favourite sweets.
"Come on please take one". All power to you in learning and rehearsing: "No thanks. I don't want any of those".

"All power to you" in fortifying your health against those almost constant assaults. Make sure none of those assaults inflict any damage. That sort of self discipline can be very empowering.
