I been for 3 years with IC and the diet was my first helper. I take Flowmax that is also very helpfull. However I found a natural remedy that is been great called Cista-Q. It is really good. I never done a distillation or any other thing and I am in really good control. If I have bad pain all I take is baking soda with water. I have not seen my Uronogist in ... can not remember how long. Oh, Camomile tea is also good.
