I was just curious; those of you who have tried antidepressants or alt./natural meds.(St.Johns Wort etc.); at what point (month 1,2,3,etc.)did you decide "enough is enough, I need help". What was your experience? How long did you take them and did/do they help? If you are no longer taking them; how was your withdrawal and do you feel well now? I know some of you have shared your Zoloft experience with me; I think I am just feeling low right now and looking for hope. I find myself teetering between "I can do this, I am getting better"(good days), and "I don't know if I am going to make it"(bad days). I should have started my period (1st real one since removal) and have not, so this could be attributed to PMS. Though in all my life PMS has never been like this. Please share your experiences. Thanks.
