I am a Candida sufferer along with having what i thought was a cold. I'm here because I just don't know anymore.

Throat gets worse and lymphatics in neck get pretty big and sore when ever I increase suppements (multi-vit, garlic, Vit C, GSE). The pain is so bad that I took 2 advil (I hardly ever take advil) and there has to be sinus inflammation because aside from being quite runny and the stuff come out is green, just yesterday the discharge was more lumpy than runny. I just can't breathe! Sinuses seem more swollen shut than full. Is this viral?

I had this exact same cold in late April-mid-May (3 weeks of battle with a stye too). Had a hard time shaking it and it actually gets a lot worse on day 4/5. Ears are plugged a little too but I thought that was the candida. Can anyone help me sort this out? I thought it was a COLD. Is it stress triggered? Both times it has shown up on the way home from driving about 6 hours home from Santa Fe, NM area. Is it candida? I am on a fairly strict no-candida diet (fighting for almost 2 years),

fish oil
GSE
Vit C
Garlic
magnesium
calcium
Vitamin E
SF-722 for candida (2Xday)
Goldenseal for this illness (3X day in water)

Can't afford to go to my wholistic doc right now, sadly.

Any ideas would be great.
