I have tried hawtorn berries and it does nothing for my high blood pressure. If you really want to lower your blood pressure try Mukta Vati. I heard about it and decided to try it. Gee, THIS STUFF WORKS! It's all natural. I belive you can get it from the internet. If all hope fails try ebay. There are different brands coming out, but I use the "Ivy brand".
