Thank you, Newport. I have not added ALA yet, I will add it soon, I am worried about it though after I read some negative experience with side efects. What vitamins and supplements would help my brain during ALA chelation?

Should I take NAC while chelating with DMSA and ALA?

I have lyme flare-up these days, I can feel it especially in my hips, knees and soles.
