 Just found this which seems vaguely relevant to that.http://www.curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=685712#i I guess if it's not unbearable to the point that you're almost passing out and extremely nauseous and dizzy through the toxins rushing from your body then the water fast without any laxative agent is fine.In the same instance if you need a laxative agent just for the first few days while your body adjusts where otherwise you'd stop the fast then that's ok.I guess this is where previous fasting makes the present fast not so difficult a transition.
