It's good because the brain needs to be detoxified like the rest of the body, otherwise Alzheimer's and other brain diseases can result. Mercury is stored in the brain in toxic people. ALA goes after that.

Urine may cross the b/b barrier too because it's like structured water.

Inversion therapy helps increase blood circulation to the brain. I have an inversion table I use most days. :)
