Speaking of coffee enemas (they are great! I can't believe how much stuff I've released), I've been releasing tons and tons of a whitish/clearish "grissle" type matter. (grissle, as in the fat that is attached to cooked steaks and is really tough and rubbery and clear.) I don't know if its candida or something else. Any insight? Thanks!
