Enemas like everything can be over done. One a week works for me. Too many can be hard on your liver. Remember everything you put into your body goes through your liver.

I know they recomend enemas for cancer, but that's not the cure. Cancer is a result of an acidic body. Alkalizing the body cures cancer and many other diseases.

You need three things to get and stay healthy. 1) Raw whole food. 2) Exercise. 3) Some form of stress relief. Yes, stress is a major factor in poor health.
