Just wanted to say thanks for your suggestion. I've never taken zinc before. I'm gonna look it up to see all the benefits that will come with it, I mean besides helpin my face. (With the breaking out, unfortunately there is no cure for the uglies)(ha ha):) I'm sure any kind of vitamins, or minerals (I think zinc would fall under one of those lists) would be helpful during my cleansin. Ya'll was real sweet to take the time to help me out !
