Hi,
My acne got a little worse while on the cleanse and then significantly better about 2 weeks after. But it still was a struggle (although a lot better after the HW cleanses).
Recently my son and I have started taking zinc for acne. At first his got worse, for about a week, and now it is almost completely clear. Mine got a lot better, completely clear with a few "mini's".
He takes the New Chapter Zinc Food Complex and I take the cheap Walmart brand.
