I've got a general feel for the types of things I want to do I'm just making sure I'm not missing any thing. Heavy parasite drugs is just a no no for me, I don't see how nuking the liver will be a good idea down the road. Thanks for the tips though I appreciate it. The vinegar enema and pumpkin seeds is definitely some thing I will be including.
