My goodness! I'm almost 54, in a few days I will be. Take a pill!?! My cholesterol plummeted 35 pts. when I went on a cancer diet, mostly vegetarian. My blood pressure stays around 110-99 over like 55-60. A pill, really? what a cop-out. We need to get healthy by eating right and exercising, and that really made me happy, also! Much much happier.
Soooooo, maybe they need a get-real pill? and when it takes effect, write again, lol.
