You need to have a very very good digestion to cope with a raw food diet. It is only suitable for a select few people. You would be better off lightly cooking your vegetables at least. It makes them much easier to digest, breaks the cells down a bit, and will increase the nutrient absorption for you. I would also recommend eating LOTS of cooked brown rice. Breakfast and lunch at least.

If you are having trouble with bowel movements, then there is something wrong with your diet. I would seriously consider changing it. Have you tried Senna Pods to get you started?
