This was an interesting bit of information on castor oil packs, and biofilms that I remember from a poster that had some good posts on CZ over a year ago (Azurite).

Just more to consider with the benefits of castor oil. The castor oil packs really helped my abdomen when it was the most sore. I would leave them on all night.
