Hi knowledge seeker -

Yes - the mushrooms have been helping and the CoQ10 also helps me quite a lot. It not only gives me energy - but it helps me with strength so that I am not so weak. I also take L-carnitine acetyl 500mgs with it for my mental clarity.

I cut back on the Cordyceps to two doses 500 mg a day because my blood was getting too thin. But so far my tests have come back that I am stabilized but not filtering yet well enough. I had a setback when my blood Sugar went too low in the beginning - so that maybe one reason why it is not better.

I am also take a homeopathic remedy SYZYGIUM 30C for my blood Sugar which heps it quite a bit.

When I was first diagnosed with kidney failure - I was drinking Goji juice. My kidneys began to improve very well. So I may go back ands try that again. That helped with many other issues.

I pray that everyone will find what helps them.

I know that of the things I am taking have helped me greatly to slowly begin to rebuild my kidneys - but I want to find the thing that will get my kidneys filtering again. It maybe the Goji juice.
