  I ended my 50 day water fast today. I now truly believe I felt true hunger days ago. The hunger and cravings I felt were in my mouth and throat(a numbness and craving), but because some said it would get more intense I pressed on. I feel true hunger has a different intensity for different people and recommend anyone who is feeling the numb sensation in throat and mouth with significant weight loss to end your fast.

I went from 145 lbs. to 95 lbs. ignoring the bodies signals. True hunger was not a 1,000 times worse as some suggested. My body was reduced to skeleton state, I look like a holocaust survivor. I'm pretty sure I was in starvation mode and didn't know it, and I realized my multiple sclerosis will probably be healed after refeeding after reading dr.shelton.

As for refeeding I am eating a little of everything right now, some say its not wise but I didn't undertake fast to lose weight. I have had oranges,peanuts,almonds,prunes,rice,soups,fish,etc. all in very small amounts chewing till liquid. No problems or issues with my stomach.I will try to update later.
