Glad to hear UT helps you out so much. Will keep this info in mind.
I think 1 cup a day might be a great amount for me to stick to. If I had, instead of drinking 2-4+ cups daily in 2008, I may have been able to sustain my positive feeling every day, year round, like you are. I was so peppy that I was seriously wanting a job and almost got one. I wasn't sure if I'd ever feel that way again.
I quit UT for several months and resumed about 2 months ago with just drops. At first I was FULL of pep. After being easily fatigued most days, I could work on things for hours with no problem (my motorcycle, etc.) I could do stuff from sun up to sundown, and then sleep from exhaustion. that peppy feeling faded on drops though. It came back when I upped it to 2-3 tabelespoonsful a day but faded again. This morning I drank 1/2 a cup on arising and it really seems refreshing. Now I'm cooking!
How do you sterilize a container? Will h2o2 do it or is it better to put it in boiling water for a bit? Do you use the same needle over again after cleaning it? I used to do that with B-12 needles at times, but just for B-12 not for drugs.
I shot myself in the butt the other day with Testosterone with a 1.5" 22 ga. needle and it didn't hurt a bit - just picked a little going in.
I wouldn't worry about air bubbles. I have had IV-C about 10 times in a local clinic, and they say it would take 300cc of air in an IV to kill someone, so intra muscularly it would be next to impossible to get that. Just stay sterile, I think that's the most important thing. I wouldn't alter the urine. Does it sting or cause burning at injection site for very long?
People with mercury toxicity often have high copper, and urine seems to be often high in copper, so people on UT and chelating may be wise to take zinc to help balance the Cu. I do. :)
