Excellent reporting. This is my drug of hope. I might advice taking a good probiotic.
Semen turning green, means your macrophages are actively removing some microbe. This sounds like the primary.
That means, if you get rid of that one, all the other {co-infections} will be done for. You immune system will be back on track.
Be aware, these bugs have cyst stage, and you want those out.
