Is this budwig diet the ONLY thing you've been doing for the past six months to help your Acne etc.? Remember its all about what you ASSIMILATE! You can eat all the goodies you want but if your intestines/colon are not cleansed you wont absorb it. And you need your liver flushed as well. Im not knocking the budwig protocol, I honestly dont know that much about it.But seeing that you've done it for six months without the desired results makes me wonder if its possible there could be more done to benefit from it. Make sense?~eme
