Hi,

I did enemas every day for about 2 years. I felt great and had tons of energy looked years younger etc. Then suddenly I had a bout of inflamation and since then I have not been able to do enemas at all. I barely hold any water and when expeled there is nothing but the water and it is not even worth trying. I actually feel worse afterward more bloated etc. Anyone know what is going on?
