I've been drinking at least a cup a day of my fresh urine for more than four
years and have never ever felt an adverse reaction from it - except slight diarrhea
at times.  It has provided me with many benefits and I don't feel as well
when I go off of it for more than three days.

I've also injected a full 3 ccs of it at a time, at least 50 times.  I
find that it is a great way to suppress my appetite and it also helps maintain
an even mood level.  I'm extremely careful in handling the urine in a
sterile container (fresh urine itself is sterile) and clean the needle and my
injection spot with alcohol prior to injection.  I also make sure to get
all the air bubbles out of the syringe as I know that could be a problem.
