Yes, I have a few tips.
The first thing to get to bed earlier, is try not to take any supplements 2-4 hours before bed time. Many supplements can keep you up later. Skip all supplements in evenings and see if that helps. That helps me.
Try a warn bath, that always works for me.
Have someone to give you a foot massage..very relaxing.
A hot cup of chamomile tea can make you more relaxed and prone to possibly getting tired earlier as it is calming.
If you are getting to sleep by 11, I would not worry too much about it..but if you staying up really late to 12, then it can really be bad.
The point is to be sure to get enough sleep..and not too little. I think that is why people suggest 10..because most people ordinarily are waking at 6.30 or 7 to get to work or even earlier.
The other concern with what you wrote is that you feel "wired" on waking. I do not believe that is a common symptom with adrenal fatigue. Most people cannot wake up in the mornings...not feeling wired .so I hope that you are keeping track of your temperatures and pulse rates...because a racing feeling may indicate that something is not right. That is a big tip off of something happening.
Make sure you see drrind.com to keep track of your temps and pulses, if you are not doing it.
Hope that helps!
