I haven't got much time to post now, but try and get some urine test strips, they are called Ketostix. There may be other brands. Better still, get 10 in one test strips, here's a Google search http://www.google.com/search?q=10+in+1%20urine+test+strips

They say you shouldn't fast with fear, knowledge conquers fear, so take all steps to check your health. If I were you I would also visit a fasting Clinic or at least phone one. You have Dr Fuhrman and Alan Goldhamer. I think I posted links previously.
