I also read here that you can't reach full ketosis if you take vitamins. I think whoever wrote that is incorrect. Ketosis is when you burn fat for fuel instead of glucose. Common sense would tell you that taking supplements does not interfere with ketosis.

... unless anyone here has a scientific explanation to prove otherwise...
