When I read your post, I too, could identify with your feelings/beliefs. Saying no to friends and also my family or loved ones is a really difficult thing for me to do. But, I HAVE to stand up for myself and do what is right for me. My body is a temple to God, and if I don't take care of it, myself, I sure know for a fact, that no body else will. blessings, momo
