Refreshed covered things well...just a few other thoughts.

Bath 2 with the calcium hydroxide is strong stuff. Not recommended to start with, and has never been to my liking, even after more than two years.

Evanluck's take on when to test pH is a median or average of what folks here do.

Some only test each morning.

Others test every time they urinate, both saliva and urine, and saliva any time their condition suddenly changes in order to use tools here to re-balance, suffer less, heal faster. I am probably the most ardent follower of that method. Nothing less does it for me...lots of health issues!!!

What you choose will depend on your individual needs. Keep it as simple as you can, but do enough to progress!
