Hi there,
I am hearing great things about coconut oil, especially Virgin Coconut Oil.My illness made me have Hypothyroidism and funnily enough my other better half invested in a tub only last week!....Me thinks its time to use it!

Thank you for your suggestion and testimony , I will try to take the suggested 2-3 tablespoons,2 times daily but im going to have to work up to it, its kind of rich, But its great for curries and rice dishes too YUM!
