They will ship the produce marked "NO" if you put on your order that you NOT hold them responsible for the condition of the produce when it arrives.

For some produce, 5 business days in the UPS truck would "kill it", but for others, it's no problem.

We never had ANY problem with apples, but we have had a few 'soft oranges'...but then, we've had a few 'soft oranges' when we meet the truck in DesMoines.
