Hey
I've been on the Budwig protocol for about 6 months. I originally went on it because I read that it was very beneficial for skin diseases/dry skin, etc. I did some research and some how ended up on this forum and learned more about it at the "ask Tony Isaacs" forum.
Anyways, reporting back that after 6 months I have had no improvement in dry skin or any other my complaints. This is a real let-down because I really had my hopes on this at least helping me.
I guess it supposed to help saturate the body with oxygen but for whatever reason it is not helping this condition- severe/pervasive dry skin, uncontrollable acne, seborrhea, etc,etc..
It's beyond me how this helps eliminate cancer, but I guess cancer is really pretty easily curable actually. Lifelong skin diseases, on the other hand, seem to be quite intractable.
I guess I'll keep skippin' along on my journey. Maybe one day I'll figure out how to be healthy. Thanks for your help.
