Mag sulfate thru intramusclar injections did something to me that other magnesiums did not. The result was immediate and profound but backfired on me pretty bad. Dr. Watts responded to my inquiry about this and stated that sulphate has more of a short term pharmacologic effect but I should really focus on building up stores of magnesium.
