How much C and E did you exactly take? How often did you take it?

Could you describe your typical dosing schedule like this below:

Day/Night 1 every 3 hours 5mg ALA, every 6 hours 500mg C, every 24hours 1000iu E

Day/Night 2 every 3 hours 5mg ALA, every 6 hours 500mg C, every 24hours 1000iu E

Day/Night 3 every 3 hours 5mg ALA, every 6 hours 500mg C, every 24hours 1000iu E

Day/Night 4 every 3 hours 5mg ALA, every 6 hours 500mg C, every 24hours 1000iu E

End of the round.

What kind of ALA/DMSA Brand/Product did you use?
