He is feeling MUCH better.

Colonic and after were GREAT.

She doesn't put things in....I understand. She did a good job, and I'm doing a good job. I'm still thinking I need to buy a colemic board thingie for in between, but I'm not sure.....I like my hot water bottle, BUT...I'm not sure if it MIGHT be easier with the other 'stuff'. I've never SEEN the board or anything

Oh, it's my "gratitude day". Thank you for being You! It's so fun to keep up with everyone.....

hey, while I was 'releasing'.....I 'named' some of my gallstones....BEFORE after the OO (Olive-Oil) and grapefruit....I just thought of my irritations/angers....little things, and people I might be haboring bitterness towards....and I prayed to "let it go"...some of the bigger hurts/angers/bitterness I know I still have to let go of....I know, alot is chemical, bad food, etc, but I'm sure that I can change my chemicals by my thoughts, and many of those 'gall-stones' are of my making. And if I made em, I can break em. I feel grateful--I'd guess those pains I was feeling....I adverted a major gallstone attack....and I'll keep flushing...but I'm taking a moment before I get "irritated" and ask myself if it is worth it....at a cellular level or even in my gallbladder....it puts an interesting spin on things.

Later--I've got to find recipes for a healthy pie with stevia and pumpkin!!!!
