I have eaten pretty well since about 2004 now, which means mostly organic and then gluten free also since 2006. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in 1996 and have always had low energy issue and hormonal issues since I was a teenager. I never smoked and hardly drink any alcohol or coffee, but I have been a heavy black tea drinker all my life until 8 weeks ago.

After having a bad detox reaction about 8 weeks ago, I have changed my diet to primarily organic raw foods with only some organic proteins. I have increased my water intake as recommended have been doing salt water flushes and decided to get started on Dr. Schulze s wellness program and then do a Liver Flush also.

I tolerated the Intestinal formula and the Echinacea well, but I would get frontal headaches each time from the Superfood supplement. I have experienced similar issues when taking any Vit Bs and other Super Foods. Any idea what might be causing this?
