Im not sure I understand something with these 2 herbs. Ive asked on other forums as well. When I take cascara(in combination with other herbs) I get gas and cramps. when I take aloe ferox I get no cramps or gas, and get a really full bowel movement. But everyone says aloe ferox is not as safe to take as cascara.
Do you have any input for me on this?
