I'm taking a break from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement currently.
But when I was taking it, here's how I did it:

- Put 3 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in a small glass.
- Add 15 drops of citric acid activator.
- Stir.
- Wait 3 minutes.
- Add about 20 drops of DMSO (you can easily add a lot more DMSO).
- Stir.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Add 2-3 oz. of water and chug down quickly.

Repeat this 3-4 times a day.

I was using 99.98% DMSO, also from Jacob Labs.
You have 70%. No problem. Just use a bit more of it.
