I think the important thing is to chelate the metals out of your body and remove the metal fillings, and stay alkaline. I am 41 and have almost no grey hair, so I'll chalk it up to those things. But I have also had a pretty good diet and alkalize my body with fruit juices. And if you want to color your hair to cover the grey, use Henna. It's just mud and you can get it on line for $3 a box.
