that is great idea and definitely will help, not sure about situation when something is stack in guts because of closed e.g. ileocecal valve. Also not sure about the orange juice choice, it may irritate the valve. Maybe lemon would be better?

BTW what do you think about drinking 1 gallon of water and jumping from the cliff? not sure even if that would fit in my stomach...
