since you mentioned the greenhouse and all... (my sometimes-dream is a pyramid shaped three-storey one,
if I continue to live in the North: it would allow for citrus on the third storey)i thought you might be interested to look into the *refractometer*. You can curezone google and find lots of info on its use in helping you to find the best quality food, learning about how to grow the best -- and also undo some of the mystery of why "good food" (by looks)
is very often not good; nor contributing to our health. I'm assuming you are younger (the fiance) and this tool would really help you get a headtstart--one of those things I wish I'd known about years ago...it has opened doors and doors of
revelation
