Exactly well said. I wrote to a friend yesterday and told her she was commiting literal suicide by the tendency of not treating the body well.

We do the sunup to sundown and yes at first you will think of the next meal but when you do it for God, it gives us time to reflect. What we try to remember is the poor people who have nothing.
