You know I have been reading up on Enzymes and a lot of the people in this forum have been having digestive problems or problems with fecal odors which can just be due to a lack of enzymes in the body. While looking up somethings about hpothroidism and my condition I came across Anthony J Cichoke's book on the web about Enzyme Therapy. Now this book has info on line inside the book that you can actually view without buying the book. In fact he has two books but there are other sites with info about enzyme therapy. If you google Enzyme Therapy and put in his name it will take you to his book and there is so much info in the book of how different diseases and issues that can occur in the body due to lack on Enzyme therapy. Things on the list were body odor and bloating ,lack of fiber and other things. Some of you have been on the right track eating some raw foods like veggies but he also recommends taking enzymes as well to digest protiens and other things in out bodies. And while some of you may have come across having this issue just a few years ago ect... Could it be the diet? but if you all look up enzymes and start taking them along with changing your diets I believe some of you may get better. You don't have to agree but do your own research on enzymes and what the defiency of ezymes therapy can do to your body and the problems it causes especially with constipation ect... I just have a hunch that once a lot of you start doing enzyme therapy and watching what you eat a lot of you may have the odors being discussed in this forum. Like I said I just have a Hunch that this may be an answer to a lot of our problems. I'm definitely going to look into digestive enzyme therapy and other enzymes treatments as well.
