Well if the symptoms stop when you stop taken the mega doses of ascorbic acid I suggest rethinking what you are doing or trying to accomplish! Perhaps look into whether or not this ascorbic acid is genetically modified corn sugars and perhaps look into full spectrum minerals that include all the macro and trace elements! This is how food brings us our essential nutrients, not one at a time!
I myself in the past have had great success using a full combination of the ascorbates, calcium,magnesium, zinc and potassium ascorbate doing these titration doses!
