Hey There! Sorry you're feeling down. I just started 3 days ago and after VERY extensive reading in the forums, decided to take the overall advice to start slowly. This is day 3 for me. This morning I started 2 drops MMS and 10 drops activator in a little juice. Its 10:28 am and no nausea/upchucking. However, I've had 10 headaches in my LIFETIME and this morning I had an awfully bad headache. I just received a response via the forum that MMS dehydrates and to drink plenty, plenty water. I ozonate water throughout the day, so I'll take that advice and drink up all day. The headache is beginning to subside as we speak. My suggestion: go back to 2 drops a day / 3 times a day so you'll not only ingest MMS, but so you'll be able to function. Please feel better and keep posting while you go through this.
