Hi gang:)

i have just started doing mms. 1 day 2 drops, 2nd day 6 then 3rd day 10. On the 4th day i felt terrible like having the flu. major sore throat and fatigued:( this is day 7 and haven't touch mmms sice day 3 because of detox. i understand i should have taken it easy to start. what should i do now keep taking some or leave it? i am moving flat then travelling for a couple of months in a weeks time so need to get better soon so i can sort my stuff out
